These people aren't going to come. And they're not going to save anything. But we need to take action and focus on what is really the best for the education of children in the US. I went to public school for my elementary and middle school years and I was lucky to have great teachers who loved being there, regardless of whether or not they had tenure. However, we need good teachers to produce great results so that we can continue to have an educated workforce that is competitive with the rest of the world. We're coming in last place, and that's not acceptable.
